Supramolecular metallogels with Tb(III)- and Eu(III)-ions, formed using benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid, display remarkable stability at room temperature. They hold promise for use in electronics, notably as reliable ambient Schottky barrier diodes.

Hydrothermal synthesis of B, S, and N-doped carbon quantum dots for colorimetric sensing of heavy metal ions

CQDs were synthesized using glucose as the C source, and N-CQDs, B-CQDs, and S-CQDs were synthesized by doping with N, B, and S atoms. The colorimetric sensor properties of the synthesized CQDs for the detection of heavy metals were examined.

Understanding the decomposition process of the Pt1Ag24(SPhCl2)18 nanocluster at the atomic level

By investigating the decomposition of Pt1Ag24(SR)18, we synthesized two Pt1Ag24(SR)20 nanoclusters (NC-I and NC-II) and a Pt1Ag4 complex. Analysis showed that Pt1Ag4's ligands directly stem from type I and II ligands in NC-I.

Fabrication and characterization of NiCu/GO and NiCu/rGO nanocomposites for fuel cell application

In our DAMFC study, NiCu/rGO has stronger catalytic activity than pure NiCu and NiCu/GO composites. rGO and GO supporters improved the NiCu performance by 468.2% and 377.7% in methanol and by 255.6% and 105.9% in ethanol, respectively.
