Physical properties of ferromagnetic Mn-doped double perovskites (DPs) Cs2AgInCl/Br6 for spintronics and solar cell devices: DFT calculations
Structural, electronic, magnetic, and transport behavior of ferromagnetic double perovskites Cs2AgIn0.75Mn0.25Cl/Br6 were investigated using density functional theory. Incorporation of Mn ions causes exchange splitting induced by p–d hybridization, stabilizing the ferromagnetic state.
