Thick-film reference electrodes for solid state pH measurement

Abstract

The fabrication and performance details of thick-film solid state reference electrodes are reported and limitations of range and longevity are given. These planar structures are designed as references for solid state pH sensors. Practical and theoretical aspects of their operational mechanisms are discussed.
