Odoratol, C30H50O4, a new tetracyclic triterpene triol from Cedrela mexicana and C. glaziovii, is formulated as (1) on the basis of chemical, spectroscopic, and optical evidence. 3-Dehydro-odoratol (odoratone) and 24-epiodoratol (iso-odoratol) also occur in C. glaziovii.
