For cumulenes it is established that 2J(H–C–H) is of the same order of magnitude and negative sign as allenic 2J. 5J(H–C![[double bond, length as m-dash]](https://www.rsc.org/images/entities/char_e001.gif)
CCC–H)-cis and -trans differ only slightly and are positive, but 6J(H–CCCC–C–H) is negative.
