Components of the root of Lindera strychnifolia Vill. Part XII. The structure of isolinderoxide

Abstract

Components of the root of Lindera strychnifolia Vill. (Chinese origin) have been investigated, and a new furano sesquiterpene, isolinderoxide, has been isolated from the ether extract of the plant. Its structure and absolute configuration are discussed.
