Rapid colorimetric sensing of chlorpromazine HCl antipsychotic through in situ growth of gold nanoparticles

This assay rapidly detects chlorpromazine hydrochloride using its ability to reduce gold ions to form nanoparticles. Its low cost, resilience to interferences and short analysis time could facilitate environmental monitoring and biomedical analysis.

Hydrophobic carboxymethyl cellulose as a clean-up sorbent in the determination of nitrofuran metabolites in animal-fat samples

Hydrophobic-CMC biopolymers were fabricated for the removal of fat from food sample matrices. The CMCs were synthesized via the esterification of CMC with three alcohols with carbon chains of different lengths, in the presence of sulfuric acid.

Identification of chemical components and rat serum metabolites in Danggui Buxue decoction based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS, the UNIFI platform and molecular networks

The material basis of DBD was annotated using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS, UNIFI platform and molecular network. 207 chemical components were unambiguously or tentatively identified in DBD. A total of 29 prototypical constituents and 51 metabolites were identified in the serum of rats after DBD administration.
