Visible light photocatalytic NOx removal with suppressed poisonous NO2 byproduct generation over simply synthesized triangular silver nanoparticles coupled with tin dioxide

We used triangle-shaped Ag nanoparticles coupled with SnO2 for efficient photocatalytic NO removal. The modification with Ag TNPs significantly boosted the removal performance up to 3.4 times higher than pristine SnO2.

Photoelectrochemical performance of a nanostructured BiVO4/NiOOH/FeOOH–Cu2O/CuO/TiO2 tandem cell for unassisted solar water splitting

A tandem cell consists of BiVO4/NiOOH/FeOOH photoanode and Cu2O/CuO/TiO2 photocathode produced an unassisted current density of 0.187 mA cm−2. This tandem cell provides a pathway for designing a cost-effective and stable water splitting system.

Construction of a BiVO4/VS-MoS2 S-scheme heterojunction for efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fixation

An S-scheme heterojunction (BiVO4/VS-MoS2) was prepared, successfully achieving N2 photofixation, yielding about 132.8 μmol g−1 h−1 of NH3 under simulated sunlight irradiation.
