The regulatory effect of triphenylphosphine oxide on perovskites for morphological and radiative improvement†
Abstract
The influence of a triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO) additive on the morphology and emission of FAPbBr3 perovskites is investigated, which indicates the defect passivation through PO coordination for morphological improvement and emission enhancement, owing to the reduced non-radiative recombination rate and the stabilized FAPbBr3 crystal phase as evidenced by transient and temperature-dependent emission spectra.
