Alternative synthetic methodology for amide formation in the post-synthetic modification of Ti-MIL125-NH2†
Abstract
There are relatively few metal–organic framework materials that are robust enough to survive post-synthetic modification of their structures. We present test modifications of Ti-MIL125-NH2 leading towards tuning of the porous and catalytic properties of the material. We also present the first use of a mild amide synthesis method for post-synthetic modification.
