Circularly polarized luminescent organogels based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer in an achiral polymer system

Abstract

Here we develop circularly polarized luminescent organogels through supramolecular co-assembly of an achiral polymer with guest molecules. Appropriate matching and stacking enable circularly polarized fluorescence resonance energy transfer in the organogels and a wavelength shift and amplified glum value are further achieved. The current strategy provides a new way to construct CPL-active soft materials.
