Aptamer recognition-trigged label-free homogeneous electrochemical strategy for an ultrasensitive cancer-derived exosome assay

Abstract

We developed an aptamer recognition-trigged label-free homogeneous electrochemical biosensing method for highly selective and ultrasensitive detection of cancer-derived exosomes.
