A data-driven fluorescent platform for monitoring amine dynamics in reactions
Abstract
A novel luminophore DBPO enables real-time ratiometric tracking of amine dynamics through reversible deprotonation. Integrated with a QSPR model for aliphatic amines it reveals speciation effects in nucleophilic substitution kinetics and facilitates visual detection of seafood spoilage. This approach unites optical sensing with predictive modeling to decode reactive amine behavior.
