Slow magnetic relaxation in a trinuclear spin-crossover Co(ii) compound with metal–metal bonding

Abstract

This study investigates the molecular spin-qubit properties of a rigid trinuclear cobalt complex, presenting the first example of spin-crossover in a compound with metal–metal bonds. Pulsed electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy provides deeper insight into the spin-qubit behaviour, including the spin–lattice and spin–spin relaxation times.
