Fabrication of BSA@PB-P nanoparticles and their drug loading and controlled release of lamivudine

Abstract

BSA@PB-P@LAM nanoparticles were fabricated by multi-porous Prussian blue nanoMOF, BSA, and lamivudine, and displayed an optimal LAM encapsulation rate of 31.53% and loading rate of 49.10%. Moreover, the BSA@PB-P@LAM nanoparticles were relatively stable at normal pH 7.2 but could slowly release LAM in a controlled way at subacid pH 5.8.
