Rapid Detection of Trichlorfon Residues by Microfluidic Paper-based Phosphorus-detection Chip (μPPC)

Abstract

We proposed a novel microfluidic paper-based phosphorus-detection chip (μPPC) for rapid analysis of trichlorfon, one of the most common organophosphate pesticide residues. Semi-quantification method was established and the limit of detection was 1.65 μg/mL. We believed the μPPCs could be a promising approach for rapid determination of organophosphates pesticides.
