An enhanced fluorescence polarization strategy based on multiple protein–DNA–protein structures for sensitive detection of PDGF-BB

Abstract

An enhanced fluorescence polarization strategy based on multiple protein–DNA–protein structures was developed for sensitive detection of PDGF-BB. With this amplification strategy, the sensitivity and selectivity were substantially improved.
