Ag3PO4 photocatalysts loaded on uniform SiO2 supports for efficient degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation

Abstract

Loading Ag3PO4 nanoparticles on the surface of SiO2 supports can not only improve the photocatalytic activity towards methyl orange degradation under visible light irradiation but also reduce the cost for the synthesis of Ag3PO4-based photocatalysts.
