Pressure-assisted printing with crack-free metal electrodes using an anti-adhesive rigiflex stamp

Abstract

A pressure-assisted metal printing is demonstrated to adopt in mass printing production. Various metal patterns were faithfully transferred without cracks and deformations from Au deposited rigiflex stamp onto a substrate, because poly(dimethylsiloxane) molecules on the surface of the rigiflex stamp helped in the release of the deposited metal from the stamp's surface.
