Synthesis of a uranium (IV) hydride from the corresponding borohydride: preparation of {(MeOCH2CH2OMe)U(BH4)3(µ-H)}2 and the crystal structure of its toluene solvate

Abstract

Elimination of BH3 from (MeOCH2CH2OMe)U(BH4)4 affords the title compound, the structure of which has been determined.
