Cycloconformations of two tetraflavaniod profisetinidin condensed tannins

Abstract

Conformational analysis of the tridecamethyl ether tetra-acetates of two ‘tetrameric’ profisetinidin condensed tannins by nuclear Overhauser effect difference spectroscopy reveals a circular arrangement of flavanyl units with partial overlap.
