Dielectric properties of an organic molecular solid

Abstract

The dielectric properties of the organic molecular solid tetrabenzofulvalene (TBF) show significant differences between polycrystalline and amorphous samples and are also sensitive to the presence of carrier injection. A reversible change in the properties of polycrystalline samples between 320 and 340 K is attributed to a phase transition.
