Reaction of sulphene with 2,6-dimethoxypypridine

Abstract

Sulphene reacts with 2,6-dimethoxypyridine to form a novel 3 : 1 adduct, bis(methylsuphonyl)-3-(2,6-dimethoxypyridyl)sulphonylmethane.
