γ-Irradiation of the powdered sodium salts of [PO3S]3–, [PO2S2]3–, [POS3]3– and [PS4]3– yield the following newly characterised radicals: [PO3S]2–, [PO2S2]2–, [POS3]2–, [PS4]2–, [PO2S2]4–, [POS3]4–,[PS4]4–, [PO2S]2–, [POS2]2–, [PS3]2–, and [PS2]2– The g and 31P hyperfine tensors of each species are reported and compared with the related [PO4]2–, [PO4]4–, [PO3]2–, and [PO2]2– radicals.
