Correction for ‘Fluorescence of a chiral pentaphene derivative derived from the hexabenzocoronene Motif’ by Philipp Rietsch et al., Chem. Commun., 2019, 55, 10515–10518.
Recently, high ΦFl values exceeding 80% were found for oxa[7]superhelicenes, realized by ether-bridging two hexaphenylbenzene moieties, followed by oxidation. This yielded a chiral fluorescent oxa[7]superhelicene.1
