Abstract

Correction for ‘Individual single-crystal nanowires as electrodes for organic single-crystal nanodevices’ by Guorui Wang et al., J. Mater. Chem. C, 2015, DOI: 10.1039/c5tc01920f.

The equation for calculating mobility in the saturated regime (ISD) in the last sentence of the experimental section on the second page of this article contained some errors. The correct version is as follows:

where W is the channel width, L is the channel length, Ci is the dielectric unit area capacitance, μ is field-effect mobility, VG is gate voltage, and VT is the threshold voltage.

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
