Abstract

Correction for ‘Carbonyl trapping and antiglycative activities of olive oil mill wastewater’ by Marta Navarro et al., Food Funct., 2015, 6, 574–583.


On page 3 of the manuscript, there is an error in the first sentence of section 2.10: the wavelength of absorbance should read 530 nm instead of 350 nm. Also in section 2.10, in the formula used for the calculation of the percentage of inhibition of fructosamine, it should read absorbance instead of fluorescence.
