Sorption–diffusion in heterogeneous system. Part 8.—Appraisal of diffusion effects in sorption systems

A guide for the estimation of diffusion effects in sorption systems is presented. A criterion which contains only observable parameters is developed. Procedures for a quantitative elucidation of the intrinsic immobilization behaviour of diffusion disguised sorption systems are discussed.
