The effect of DMSO in the aqueous thiol–disulphide dynamic covalent chemistry of model pseudopeptides

Abstract

The addition of DMSO to the aqueous solution of pseudopeptidic dithiols allows faster generation of dynamic combinatorial libraries of the corresponding disulphides over a wide pH range.
