Soft-templating method to synthesize crystalline mesoporous α-Fe2O3 films

Abstract

Crystalline mesoporous α-Fe2O3 films were successfully synthesized using lab-synthesized di-block amphiphilic polymer poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(butyl acrylate) (PEO-b-PtBA) as a mesoporous structure directing agent and the film thickness can be adjusted by repeated spin-coatings.
