DNAzyme-based kinetic regulators enable stimulus-responsive and programmable time delays in DNA strand displacement
Abstract
This work presents DNAzyme-based kinetic regulators for stimulus-responsive control of DNA strand displacement reaction. It translates stimulus concentration into tunable kinetics via catalytic toehold exposure, enabling programmable time delays in single, cascaded, and parallel strand displacement reactions, thus advancing the programmability and adaptability of DNA-based functional systems.
