A label-free fluorescent sensor for Pb2+ based on G-quadruplex and graphene oxide

Abstract

A label-free sensitive and selective fluorescent sensor for Pb2+ was developed based on target-induced conformational change of an oligonucleotide and the difference in affinity of graphene oxide for unstructured and G-quadruplex DNA.
