Hydrothermal fabrication of W18O49nanowire networks with superior performance for water treatment

Abstract

W18O49 nanowire networks with an excellent water treatment ability are obtained by a facile hydrothermal method. The products show superior adsorption for MB (201 mg g−1), RhB (120 mg g−1) and Pb(II) (192 mg g−1) due to their large special surface (223 m2 g−1) and special network nanostructures.
