Syntheses of a new class of phenyl butyraldehyde-derived amines with in vitro trypanocide activities

Abstract

A new series of secondary and tertiary amines were prepared by reductive amination of synthetic phenyl-butyraldehydes and evaluated for their in vitro activity against Trypanosoma cruzi.
