21  Fullerenes

Abstract

This review complements previous reports and is a collection of the highlights revealed by database searches for the year 2004. Highlights of the year include the isolation of a small [50]fullerene derivative, C50Cl10, use of a cyclodextrin and [60]fullerene complex to achieve nitrogen fixation and the continued development of fullerene- and nanotube-based electronic devices.
