Abstract

Straightforward synthesis of the new imido complexes ArN[double bond, length half m-dash]V(NMe2)2(HNMe2)2 1 and ArN[double bond, length half m-dash]VCl2(HNMe2)2 2 (Ar = 2,6-i-Pr2C6H3) is described along with the molecular structure of 2 and preliminary ethylene polymerization catalytic studies.
