Addition of H2 to a cationic iridium(I) complex: a study using parahydrogen NMR
Abstract
Parahydrogen enhanced NMR signals are used to monitor the reaction between the cationic iridium(I) complex [Ir(BPM)(CO)2][BPh4] (BPM = bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane) and dihydrogen: four major products are formed in a cascade of reactions.
