Abstract

A novel tetranuclear lanthanide-transition metal cluster [Gd2Co2(μ4-O)(μ-H2O)(CDTA)2(H2O)6]·10H2O has been synthesized, in which the cluster core is held together through μ4-O2−, μ-H2O and μ-carboxylate bridges.
