Paramagnetic NMR studies of copper-containing nitrite reductases

Abstract

Paramagnetic signals have been observed in the 1H NMR spectra of copper-containing nitrite reductases (Mr ≈ 110 kDa), which provide a detailed fingerprint of the type 1 centres in these proteins.
