Structrually diverse managanese(III) carboxylate complexes of N2O2 donor set symmetrical Schiff base ligands

Abstract

The isolation of [Mn2(Salen)2(O2CPr)(EtOH)(H2O)][O2CPr] and [Mn(salpn)(O2CBu)] from manganese(II) carboxylates indicates that a diverse range of structural possibilities exist for Schiff base complexes of these salts.
