The X-ray crystal structure and some properties of a planar tetracopper(II) macrocyclic complex containing a µ4-hydroxo bridge

Abstract

A planar, tetranuclear copper(II) complex of a macrocyclic ligand has been synthesized; the X-ray structure shows that the complex also contains a µ4-hydroxo ligand bound to each of the four copper ions and coplanar with them.
