Utilisation of CO2 in the oxidative coupling of methane over PbO–MgO and PbO–CaO

Abstract

Oxidative coupling of CH4 by O2 was found to be promoted by combination with the reaction of CO2 to CO at 1073 K over PbO–MgO, PbO–CaO, PbO–Na2O–MgO, and Sm2O3 catalysts.
