Radiation processes in red blood cells: e.s.r. evidence for electron loss by iron(II) haemoglobin

Abstract

Red blood cell suspensions, after exposure to 60Co γ-rays, gave e.s.r. features characteristic of FeIII in a spin-paired configuration.
