Assignments in the carbon-13 fourier spectra of eudesmanolides

Abstract

The 13C n.m.r. spectra of some eudesmanolides have been measured, and the influence of stereochemistry on chemical shifts has been examined. The stereochemistry of pseudosantonin has been confirmed. The influence of the lone electron pair of an oxime group on 13C shifts is noted.
