Nuclear magnetic double and triple resonance studies on pentafluoropyridine

Abstract

Removing the broadening effect of the 14N nucleus by strong irradiation has made it possible to determine all the relative signs of the FF coupling constants in pentafluoropyridine by double and triple resonance experiments. It is also shown that the coupling constants depend upon solvent.
