Total electric polarizations of several polar gases

Abstract

Total polarizations at various temperatures have been measured for ammonia, boron trichloride, chlorodifluoromethane, chlorotrifluoromethane, dichlorodifluoromethane, 1,1-difluoroethylene, dimethyl ether, ethyl chloride, fluoroform, methyl bromide, methyl chloride and trimethylamine, and the results compared with earlier measurements.
