The mass spectra of the Macrorungia alkaloids

Abstract

The mass spectra of the imidazolylquinoline alkaloids from Macrorungia longistrobus C.B. Cl. have been recorded and mechanisms have been suggested for their fragmentation. Deuterium labelling and high-resolution spectra have aided the interpretation of these fragmentations.
