Fabrication of a room-temperature NO2 gas sensor with high performance at the ppb level using an rGO/BiOCl heterostructure

Fabricated a novel rGO/BiOCl heterojunction based NO2 sensor. It shows fast response and recovery of 9 s and 21 s, respectively, at room temperature. It shows a higher response (∼3.78 times) even at lower concentrations of NO2 gas.
