Chemical modulation of AIREIIICIVQVI4 family compounds for band gap and optical anisotropy enhancement
By introducing [AgS3] and [NaQ6] (Q = S, Se) into the AIREIIICIVQVI4 family, four new RE-based chalcogenides with wide band gaps and large birefringence have been rationally designed and fabricated.

Stabilization of lattice oxygen in lithium rich cathode materials via manipulating Ni content
Increasing the Ni content in LLOs helps to reduce the number of intrinsic Vo, thereby stabilizing the lattice oxygen. HLR materials with high Ni content exhibit improved cycling stability and lower voltage decay.
