The cyclonickelated dimers react with hydroxylamines and TEMPO˙ to give the corresponding κO-TEMPOH adducts. Treatment of the latter with MeCN, morpholine, or imidazole displaces the TEMPOH moiety, whereas AgOC(O)CF3 displaces Br.
A novel bamboo-like coordination polymer is constructed using a new wheel-shaped Cd6 cluster and displays highly efficient dual-response sensing properties.
Two new manganese(II) coordination polymers (CPs) 1 and 2 were synthesized. Their magnetic properties have been studied, showing complicated cryomagnetic behavior, suggesting the temperature-induced structural change.
Four new Ni(II) coordination polymers (1–4) have been successfully synthesized using 5,5′-(ethene-1,2-diyl)diisophthalic acid (H4L) and different N-donor ancillary ligands. Furthermore, the magnetic properties of 1–4 were investigated in detail.
The structural features, luminescence sensing, and gas adsorption properties of the 2D MOFs, (Me2NH2)2[Zn2(btb)2(Im)2]·2DMF·3MeOH (1) and (Me2NH2)2[Zn2(btb)2(amp)]·H2O·2DMF·MeOH (2), were thoroughly investigated and described.
